  • Working with the engineering teams to create EO design solutions to achieve performance and cost requirements for products
  • Setting the strategy for developing, strengthening and growing the EO capability and coaching / developing EO engineers

What we’re looking for from you:

  • Electro-optics modelling experience
  • Knowledge of key trends in EO technology and the passion to steer the EO capability in Thales to profitably benefit from these trends
  • Experience of working with academic and/or industrial research laboratories in EO technology.
  • Business savvy with an entrepreneurial streak when it comes to seeking out and developing new technology
