Job Title:  IVVQ & T&C CBTC Central Lead  
Responsibilities:

-       Responsible of Test & Commissioning activities in a CBTC project for the Automatic Train Supervision / Central sub-system (ATS)
-       Lead the ATS/Central T&C activities:
o    Plan the site tests in accordance with possession,
o    Review and adapt the Test Procedures to fit to the project needs
o    Prepare the method statements for the site activities
o    Participate, execute the site tests with Client,
o    Participate to the in-house testing in HK Integration Platform
o    Deploy system/hardware/software changes/versions to Central sub system
o    Analyze / troubleshoot s behaviors of Central subsystem, provide a first analysis
o    Prepare and review the Test Reports
-       Ensure the implementation of safety procedures on site
-       Ensure the T&C Resources (2 to 3 peoples) are prepared and have the necessary information to execute the tests,
-       Develop, train and motivate T&C resources
-       Report to Test & Commissioning Manager tests progress,
-       Coordinate and interface with different parties (Client, Thales Canada, T&C Manager, and Project Manager)
-       Attend actively during the Defect Review meetings for on-Central   subsystem.
-       Ensure the accomplishment of Project Milestones
-       Ensure the application of the internal process on the IVVQ and/or T&C activities
-       Prepare and handle Quality Reviews (Test Readiness Review and Technical Quality Review)

Requirements:

-       Bachelor degree (or greater) in Electrical, Computer, Systems Engineering or equivalent
-       At least 8 years working experience in T&C on Signaling Systems/CTBC for ATS sub-system
-       At least 5 years working experience in Brown Field projects
-       At least 6 years working experience in project coordination / planning / team management
-       Flexible working hours and schedule (example: night or weekend)
-       Strong leadership and organizational skills
-       Strong Knowledge on System Development Life Cycle and Configuration Management
-       Knowledge in computer science and electricity
-       Windows, Linux OS working experience
-       Capacity to schedule activities and follow up
-       Fluent in English and capacity to write technical documentation in English
-       Capacity to analyze and have a system point of view
-       Capacity to summarize and send clear reporting
-       Experience in system integration, Software and/or Hardware would be appreciated
-       Work Package Management experience would be appreciated
-       Rigor and Safety at work are a must
-       IRSE License would be appreciated
-       Cantonese speaker would be preferred
