The Group’s main business in Indonesia has historically been the defense domain, where Thales is a long-term provider of defense systems for the Indonesian Army and Navy. In these areas Thales has demonstrated a strong commitment to working collaboratively with the Indonesian government and partners with local stakeholders. In recent years there has been an increased interest in the Thales civil solutions especially in the field of transportation and air traffic control. With the growing attention to infrastructure development by the Indonesian government, Thales will have opportunities in the transportation and security domain.

  • Credit control - expatriation budget for expat & medical reimbursement for local employee
  • Hospitalization insurance - review, preparation, payment, maintenance.
  • Employment contract - preparation
  • Employee handbook - assist in adapting current draft available to the local regulation and situation
  • Employee benefit review & proposal/discussion with management to make sure we're in line with local regulation
  • Local support for recruitment - interview to get local perspective
  • Issue certificate of income, visa sponsor, certificate of employment
  • Point of contact - employee confirmation from 3rd party, e.g. bank, etc
  • Point of contact - any communication with local authorities & local company
  • Sign HR related doc, e.g. employee agreement (KITAS), company regulation, etc
  • Create, review and submit all acquired HR related doc to authority, e.g. salary structure, etc.
  • Law/rules enforcement, e.g. issue warning letter, etc.
  • Ensure culture integration & transformation between Thales & DIS plus local minded/mentality to MNC culture
  • Middle man between company & employee
  • Employee filling
  • HR monthly report
  • Workday update
  • TGI creation & maintenance
  • Employee complaints & mitigation, problem solving
  • Take lead on JD for each employee, review based on appraisal to give feed back to the management
  • Employee leave record - summary
  • Employee leave record - file
  • Maintain contract with 3rd party except for expat benefit related
  • Initiating contract with 3rd party except for expat benefit related
  • Initiating & maintain contract with 3rd party for expat housing, car & services (house security, pest control)
  • Employment contract filing
  • IGTR preparation, computation, finalization
  • Full local support for hosting - support for hosting, e.g. : employee contract (preparation & finalization )
  • Liaise with 3rd party concerning IT maintainance, PO, Quotation - based on coordination with IT Singapore, approved by CD
  • Local PIC for all IT related issue - Video conference, security system, IP Phone, Thales Net
  • Laptop request arrangement for new comers
  • Arrange & coordinate work internally both local & with Singapore team for all IT related including IP Phone, video conference & security system
  • Maintain & control of office security system (access door, server room & CCTV ), based on Thales security standard and approved by CD and Ram/Dominique
  • TDP (company registration certificate) - renewal
  • Domisili Perusahaan (certificate of business domicile) - renewal
  • UU No.7 Th 1981 (compulsory company manpower report) - renewal
  • Perda No.6 (compulsory company manpower report concerning employee welfare) - renewal
  • Filling of company documents, e.g. deeds, TDP, domicile letter, etc
