To deploy our HR Information Systems Strategy and Operating Model, we are looking for an HRIS Officer based in our Headquarter offices (Paris La Defense).

Technical & Professional Skills
You have an educational and/or professional background in Information Management, Information Systems and/or Human Resources.
You already have a 3 or 4-year experience working with HR Information Systems.
More specifically, you already work with Workday with an HRIS role.
A specific experience on process mapping, or project based environment would be a valuable asset.
WHAT COULD WE ACCOMPLISH TOGETHER?
In a complex environment (matrix organization) and a challenging year with multiple projects, you would integrate the International Organization central HR team.
Working closely with the Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will contribute to the deployment of Workday to our end users (HR, managers, employees) by being accountable for the following missions:
- Develop a strong HRIS network with the objective to raise the level of understanding and the competencies of our HRIS managers
- Ensure that each Region / Country maintain a very good level of data quality
- Contribute to the deployment of our next steps in Workday (performance management incl. Salary review, Talent management incl. Talent review,…)
- Regularly audit the roles assignments and the organization structures (companies, locations, cost centers,…)
To perform these missions, you will be under the responsibility of the Compensation & Benefits Manager, and you will be included in the Group HRIS Team.
