Responsibilities:

Customer Satisfaction –

  • Create intimacy with Customers
  • Proactively finding solutions to fulfil customers’ orders and for Customers requests
  • Anticipate customers’ reaction (feel the customers)
  • Work with US Team (Program, Warranty, PSE, CSM & Supply Chain) and Repair Shop to resolve issues which might lead to customer dissatisfaction
  • Address/Escalate root causes of dissatisfaction with AM team

Customer Management –

  • New Customer Creation
  • Handling Customer’s Enquires/Issues/Complaints
  • Understanding Customer’s needs and flow
  • Ensure Customer Profile is updated and maintained to the latest requirements of the customers and information relevant to internal depts and ourselves.
  • Update ARC Reference Table
  • Timely generation of reports(eg: ROS, Tech Reports, etc..) to Customers
  • Familiarise with contractual obligations of customers having contracts with us.
  • Handling of non-standard or special requirements
  • Familiarize with contractual obligations for customers on contract with us.

Quotation Management –

  • Timely generation of Quotations taking into account the respective cutoff times.
  • Timely approval of Quotations to Workshop/Subcon Vendors
  • Close follow-up on quotation approvals with customers to ensure revenue will be clocked and can be clocked as early as possible

Order Management –

  • TAT monitoring
  • Expedites/AOG situation
  • Status update to customers
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders to the customers
  • Ensure order backlog level is at the minimum
  • Highlight to Program/CSM on disposition for orders with long TAT (eg: due to investigation, AWPT, subcon, etc..)
  • Reduce recurrence of missed orders due to administrative delays
