Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintains the deadlines by communicating essential information to relevant parties, coordinating actions through close follow up and liaison with respective teams to update status of investigations action on FTQP and status of operational open actions for Quality Clinic.
  • Required to gather, analyze & monitor trending of statistical data. To closely follow up on status with respective parties on reaction plan for characteristics that is not conforming and has signs of low signals.
  • Compilation and periodic updating of KPI reports, technical issues reports, Analysis reports for product data management
  • Following up and closely monitoring progress with respective teams on status related to Product engineer/managers portfolio (FAI,PSQS,FISC & etc)
  • Assisting in compilation, archiving and drafting of documents with references and inputs from the Product Engineer/Manager.
  • To be assigned to any other ad hoc duties that is relevant to the scope of work and requirements.


Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
  • Preferably minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Production Environment
  • Able to analyze data and summarize information efficiently.
  • Effective writing and personal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under a fast-paced environment
