Detailed Responsibilities

Market Research and Strategic Business Intelligence:

  • Conduct market research and analysis so as to gain insights needed to get a better understand of Thales’s target industries and markets, and existing and potential customers, partners and any other external audience.
  • Manage and maintain the various Group-level business intelligence tools and databases.
  • Report and share market insights in the form of a local-level newsletter and industry reports with the Commercial Committee and cross-functionally across the various Thales businesses.
  • Develop an understanding of Thales’s positioning and value proposition.

Marketing Content and Collateral Development:

  • Conceptualise and produce relevant marketing material and collateral in both print and digital formats including datasheets, brochures, whitepapers, presentations, videos, illustrations, infographics… etc. in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external design and print vendors
  • Work closely with the Commercial, Research & Technology or Engineering teams to draft and refine their market pitch presentations and demonstrations to external audiences, as well as the accompanying materials (pitch decks, demo guides etc.) .

Strategic Workshops and Events Management:

  • Support the Marketing team in planning, organizing and executing strategic marketing workshops including Value Proposition Canvas and Business Model Canvas.
  • Plan, organize and execute key customer visits in close collaboration with Key Account Managers, Sales and Business Development teams. 

Sales Operations and Administration:

  • Oversee budget tracking and administration of the Procurement and Finance processes of the budget
  • Liaise with vendors on quotation, production and payment for the department’s needs.
  • Support the Sales Operations process in the preparation of order intake reports to be shared with Thales management.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively with colleagues across various functions and departments.
  • University degree in Arts & Social Science, Business or Communications preferred.
  • Fresh University graduates or Polytechnic graduates with 2-3 years of relevant experience are welcomed to apply.
