Regional Sales Manager

  • In charge of promoting and selling Thales Identity & Access Management products and services
  • Ensure and grow revenue with existing customers but especially prospect new enterprise customers moving to the cloud (Office 365, sales Force, ...) while presenting the strengths our access management solutions already integrated with different cloud environments.

Main responsibilities:

  • Developing sales plan to achieve revenue and growth.
  • Promoting and selling company products and/ or solutions services to Enterprise customers especially thru sales channels
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to enhance competitive position in the whole market of Mexico, Central America and Caribbean
  • Liaising and coordinating internal resources (Pre-Sales, CS…) to match customer expectations and satisfaction
  • Preparing activity reports and forecast updates thru Sales Force tool.
  • Communicating market forecast and any relevant information related to customers satisfaction and competition activity
  • Regularly reporting the market needs, solutions and services opportunity and providing recommendations on product definition
  •  Following up with products / solution deliveries
  •  Develop Enterprise accounts and specific segments in the region through direct sales and/or Sales channels.


  • Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Administration, Economics, Marketing, International Relations or similar education
  • 3-5 years experience in sales in Technology products or/and solutions for Enterprises, and the last 2 years minimum selling (not pre-sale) in the cybersecurity and/or cloud space.
  • Good communication skills, particularly on expressing technology products, solution value, cloud environment and thales’ differentiation.
  • Strong coordination skills externally and internally
  • Excellent understanding of political influence and interaction through all the key decision makers (CISOs especially) and operational roles in a major account, including personal relations.
  • Analytical and results oriented
  • Highly independent and resourceful for a remote management
